SNAP SNAP SNAP ...this is my really favourite hobby and of course all girl in this world . for boy,they will think that we take picture because we think we beauty(bajet cantik) but this was False ! this is because , didn't they think that picture that we take can be stored and be our sweet memories to remember . for example,we like to take picture from standard 6 then when we see back that picture , we will smile suddenly because we still had picture when we still young . beside , we can also look back our friend picture when we long time no see each other . then , when we study far away from our house we can see back our family picture that we really miss . then,when we had some1 that we admired ,we can also look back his picture that we surreptitiously(curi-curi) take his picture . then ,we also can remember back our sweet memories when we had gone to vacation with anybody . there are lot's thing we can done when we had store picture . for me , i will take picture everyday especially here with my close friend ,farz .

before this,i had told that i like to hear music loudly especially Infiite song and Exist . now, i would like to share that i also like to go karaoke . i usually will go karaoke with my members every time that we are not busy and when we got problem . its also make our friendship became closer . love them so much :) even in this Uitm ,i also did this hobby when i really want to sing . for me,if i didn't sing,i will suddenly scream like crazy girl but i only did it i my block . it can make me try to smile even there are many thing actually must be done . sometimes , it also can motivate me too . okay ! usually ,i wiil go karaoke center in Tiram Mart that are now at Ulu Tiram with lowest price only RM10 per hour but not comfortable because their place to smale . then , i like to karaoke at Today with reasonable price ,RM20 per hour . and ,sometimes at Diva in Giant Mall .

okay ,before this i had told you about i love to cook right ? so ,this is my continuos story . i love to bake too . but,i only learn on how make cake with choc only and tiramisu even did not has choc . i learn to bake cake from my younger sister member . her name is Ain . she know a lot thing on bake cake . she not stingy to share her knowledge on baking . at 1st,she teach my youger sister alone then i'm interested to join when i know that she bake choc cake . so , from that day , Eja(younger sister) and i always bake cake at home even usually not delicious . our 1st try without Ain was fail because we put salt in cake but the truth must put sugar . it was wasting cake because we put wrong ingredient . then , we try again but it taste not delicous due to long bake .
Brownie mosaic cheesecake:
How to bake:
For the brownies, preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, with the ends of foil extending over the two short sides of the pan. Lightly grease foil. In a large microwaveable bowl, microwave the chocolate and butter on high for one minute. Stir. Repeat the process at 50% power until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the sugar. Blend in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour and salt, stirring to mix well. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake the brownies for 28-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake! Cool the brownies in the pan on a wire rack. Once cool, use the foil handles to remove the brownies. Refrigerate the brownies until chilled (1-2 hours) and cut into 3/4- to 1-inch cubes. Refrigerate the cubes until ready to fold into the cheesecake. You'll have more brownie cubes than needed in the cheesecake recipe so use your best judgment about what to do with those leftover brownie babies.
For the crust, stir together the crust ingredients and press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of a buttered 10-inch springform pan. Fill right away with cheesecake or chill up to 2 hours.
For the cheesecake filling, preheat the oven to 350°F.
With an electric mixer or in the bowl of an electric stand mixer, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, then vanilla and sugar, beating on low speed until each ingredient is incorporated and scraping down the bowl between additions.
Fold brownie cubes in very gently and pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Place the filled springform pan on a larger baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes, or until the cake is set 3 inches from the edge but still slightly jiggly in the center (watch the time carefully, you may need more or less baking time based on your exact oven temperature).
Cool the cheesecake completely in the springform pan on a wire rack. When completely cool, top with the ganache glaze.
For the ganache glaze, scald (heat just below boiling) the butter and cream in a saucepan (or in a Pyrex cup in the microwave). Place the finely chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour the hot cream/butter mixture over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir the mixture together until completely smooth and silky (it might look grainy at first but it will come together if the cream is sufficiently warm and the chocolate is chopped finely). Add the vanilla and sugar and whisk until smooth. Spread over the cheesecake. Chill until ready to serve.
To serve, unmold the cheesecake from the springform pan, cut the cheesecake into slices and serve.
Tiramisu :
How to bake:
Brush a large baking tray with oil to lightly grease. Place the sugar in a large saucepan over high heat and cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes or until sugar caramelises. Remove from heat. Add the almonds and stir to coat. Pour over the prepared tray and set aside for 10 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, use a large serrated knife to split each sponge cake in half horizontally. Combine the coffee, marsala and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Place the mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl and stir until well combined and mixture thickens slightly.
Place 1 sponge-cake layer, cut-side up, on a cake stand or serving plate. Brush the cut surface lightly with coffee mixture. Spread one-sixth of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the sponge cake.
Brush the cut surface of another sponge-cake layer with coffee mixture and place, cut-side down, on the mascarpone mixture. Brush the top lightly with coffee mixture. Continue layering with half the remaining mascarpone mixture and the remaining sponge cake and coffee mixture. Spread the top and side of the cake with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Finely chop the almond praline and press evenly over the side of the cake. Dust the top with cocoa powder and cut into slices to serve.
Okay , this two cake we always bake together and usually not perfect . but,recently on my birthday we learn to bake oreo cake . it was funny thing because we bake for open house due to celebrate my bithday then the cake are to sweet and only make our guest get diabetes when eat it . Bt , it still delicious . thank you to Ain for help us in finishing to bake the cake.

Add ½ of the flour mixture to the food mixer and beat well together, then add the buttermilk and coffee and beat again, finally add the remainder of the flour and beat until fully combined.
Step 2: Bake The Cake
Divide the mixture between 2 greased and lined 8-inch cake tins and pop straight into your preheated oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until cooked through. Poke a skewer in the cake to test if it is cooked, if it comes out clean it’s ready. Turn out the cakes onto a wire rack to cool down completely.
Step 3: Make The Icing
Beat the butter, icing sugar and 1 ½ tsp vanilla together until light and fluffy. Once fluffy, add the cream and beat again until soft and fluffy and spreadable. Put half of the icing in a separate bowl and set aside.
Step 4: Assemble The Cake
Using a food bag and rolling pin, smash half the Oreos into small pieces and add to one of the halves of icing and mix in. Spread this onto one of the cooled chocolate cakes, then place the other cake on top and spread the plain icing on top of that one. Finish by decorating the cake with halved Oreo cookies.

i'm a typical girl who like to watch adventure movie . i like to watch CSI Miami,Law of Order,CSI New York and of course Detective Conan . this story adventure when i can look how the murder casses will be happened and how they as scientist,doctor and police wok together to solve the casses . usually,i will always watching alone all type of story that involve murder casses and challenging in home because only me wiil watch that story . no one in my family like to watch them because for them,it was bored story and better the malay story . but,for me its totally different because i didn't like to watch malay story except if Aoran Aziz or Adi Putra who are acting in that story . did you know them ? here are thier picture :

did you love texting or message your loving people ?i have one weird hobby which is i wiil read my inbox text in message everyday before sleep . that's is my weird hobby because sometimes i will cry and sometimes i will smile when sleep . when i smile before sleep , it's okay and that because something that make me happy in a day but if i'm sleep with tear,that must something bad happen in my day . i couldn't sleep before read some1 message except if i'm really tired or sleepy . usually , i like to read message from my boyfriend (KAWAN lelaki taw!) . he always busy and don't like texting me but he will try to spent his time to sent 1 message saying what everything he does especially when want to go out even infront his house. he also care about me . i know him from form 1 in our school and became closer when 21.3.2013 . long time ago,he was naughty and bad person that everyone doesn't like but now he changed fully because of me . sweet right ? sometimeS,we actually cannot judge person with his past behavior that can make us crap with them because people can change same like my boyfriend . i'm really respect him because i like to make fight and mad him without no reason but he always be patient with me . ops ! out of topic ,sorry :) what i want to share is , i like to read his message before sleep ,when i'm bored and when i'm down . this is because,even we not always message but he always have time to text when i'm upset about something . he will give word that encourage me and that can make me smile back just because his message . here is his picture :

okay ! these actually some of my novel that given by my friend because i don't like to buy them . thankyou friend :) nowadays, mostly malay drama in televisyen was created based on novel so without reading these novel,i always have time only to watch them . but ,sometimes the drama not to real and can't touch your heart like in novel . so ,reading repeatedly became my hobby if i'm bored everyday in home and my siblings will also joined me if i'm don't pay attention when them talk just because i'm reading novel,hehe let's we read novel okay ?then we can shared the story together :)
there are many kind of sport can we see in our daily life right ?for me,i like all types of sport especially badminton . i always playing badminton with my family and friend . usually,i will play badminton with my family between 5:00-7:00 p.m in front our house.then sometimes,my neighbour wiil join us too . its was very happy time when everyone compete each other to win and get winner name . for example,last week when i'm at home,we play badminton together then my younger brother win . its was very shame thing because my younger brother only in standard 5 can play badminton ideally than me and others . i think you all also shame too right ? but ,its really can make our relationship became tough too .love u family :) then ,i will plays badminton with friend every week if i'm at home and they do not busy .we always play at badminton's court either at Puteri Wangsa,Ulu Tiram or Pandan . from there ,i will get to know more friend because my friend alway brings their friend to play too.
